Family Companions, Home Guardians, Personal Protection, or other specialized working fields. Our German Shepherd Puppies are big boned with strong heads, in Black Sable, Red Sable, Solid Black and Bi Color coat patterns.
Mark and I just wanted to let you know how very pleased we are with our beautiful Gunner. He is almost 10 months now. He is all 85bls of pure muscle and the vet says he still is growing, they say he will be at least 95bls. They say his hips and elbows are perfect and that he is the best looking german shepherd they have seen. His temperament is beyond anything we could have imagined. our seven and four year old grandchildren can lay on him, play and even take his fav red ball out of his mouth and he remains so gentle. His energy level is out of this world. He loves to play. He also likes to meet us at our gate when we come home.He will get in front of our vehicle and looking both ways all the way up our driveway, and with that all so protective bark will turn back to look at us as if to say (look guys I'm guiding you home) He is so intelligent and so very loyal. We highly recommend these dogs to everyone.. Thank you Becky for taking the time to breed such beautiful and outstanding pups.
Annatar is doing well. He has been doing obedience and his play drive is coming along real well. He started a foundation agility class last week-no jumps just getting used to equipment and such. He's the spittin image of his daddy isn't he? He has a terrific disposition too.We get so many compliments on these dogs it's almost embarrassing.....almost, frankly I love it and am so proud of them. Thanks again for such wonderful dogs.
Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how Annatar is doing. He is 18 months old now and is turning into a very handsome, if not somewhat headstrong, boy.
In early September I got his CGC-Canine Good Citizen certificate from AKC.
Today, I got his final leg for his RN--Rally Novice which is the basic AKC rally title.
First, I'll tell you what everyone starts out with. He's a great dog. He's very driven with prey, food, and play. His defense hasn't shown yet and we don't look for it. I'm sure it will at some point, but we just want to have fun right now. He's got good structure, good markings, and seems to be very healthy. We've been training for French ringsport since he was 10 weeks. Mostly motivational obedience, positioning for small jumps, and confidence building fun stuff like climbing and going through tubes etc. He never hesitated and still never refuses a jump. He presently does good heel, good heal with muzzle, good retrieve, great broad jump at 3 meters, and good hurdle at 1 meter. He's also done the vertical wall. His change of positions is good also. We do lots of bite tecnique and placement and he is on the bite suit. From what my decoy tells me, he has a very hard bite. His outs are very good and we're working on the search and escort. He's also doing well with the defense of handler. We work on the backward heel alot.
Most importantly, he is so happy. He gets along with other dogs, and all people. He's also very forgiving with corrections. He's very fair. He's definately a one person dog.
Thank you for such a nice dog.
Sincerely,
Leslie Maples

I am writing this to update you on Zeus, affectionately called Zeusman, son of Briya and Ernie. I have had German Shepherd Dogs as pets all of my life. This would be the first male I have ever had. I have never had a gsd like him. His demeanor is Regal. He is now 70 lbs and almost 8 months old. He is so gorgeous. Everyone including my veterinarian always compliments on his temperament and looks. When I speak to him, he hangs on my every word, listening so intently to me he turns his head from side to side. He does all I ask of him and more. He is my buddy and go everywhere guy. The way he watches over his people and property is pretty amazing considering he is only a puppy. He fears nothing. He goes into new situations slowly and confidently. I could go on and on telling you the things that just amaze me about him, but I won't. I will just say thank you for the wonderful companion and best friend Becky. He was an excellent addition to our family. I want to get another one from you, as soon as I talk my husband into it :) !
Becky's dogs are like potato chips. You can't have just one!
Our beautiful life companion Grace (Ernie and Tara) is such a joy! Becky, Grace is such a great puppy now at 5 months old, enjoys walks and playing ball. She loves our cat but we keep the cat room protected. Grace still sits out side of the room! Grace loves our grand children. We look forward to many enjoyable years with her! We love her very much and the favor is returned ten fold! Your Breeding the Best In German Shepherds!
Hi Becky. I had gotten some updated pictures on Rogue, and thought I would forward them on. He just turned 4 this month, I can't believe where the time has gone....it seems like only a few weeks ago I picked him up at the airport, this rambunctious, confident, and curious puppy. Day after day he continues to impress me and those on our task force with his agility, personality, and drive for his job. We have been certified now as a Type I FEMA team for a year and a half, and although it has been a slow year for deployments thankfully, we remain ready. We just got back from training in Colorado, and he did great! It's one of the largest disaster K9 training sites in the United States. Some of these pictures show what the agility and rubble was like where we were at.....we trained in deployment scenarios, including climbing vertical ladders to get into an inaccessible search area, locating deep buried victims, wide area disaster sites and searching with distractions, including live animals, and left over pizza, always a hard thing to pass up! Rogue aced every one. He is the best search K9 I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
Becky, I can't thank you enough for my friend and my partner.

Hi Becky,
I have a friend that does Schutzhund training so I brought Shadow by to see what he could do, if anything, at this age (4 months) and I think the video would speak for itself, he went right after the sleeve, held the bite and would not let go even when the trainer made motion to try and hit it away from Shadow's mouth. His words exactly were, "Shadow is doing things like biting and holding the sleeve than a 1yr old dog is doing. Shadow in my opinion is a Rolls Royce when it comes to a working dog and not a Volkswagen like some dogs doing this kind of work". So far I was offered more than what I paid for Shadow as well as 2 working pups out of this trainer's soon to be litter from his female, all just for Shadow. I thought you'd be interested in hearing this.
Finally, pictures of Max. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Max is. I would never believed how smart and willing to learn that she is. She is constantly teaching me much more than I teach her. Show her something once and she has it figured out. Very protective for such a young dog. These pictures where of her when she was 6 months old. Now she is 10 month, 70 lbs and so beautiful and loving. I can't thank you enough. I will send more pictures as time goes on. Have a great holiday!

Hello Becky –
It’s been such a long time since I’ve checked in with you so I thought it was time I gave you an update on Jazz. Jazz and I have been with King County Search Dogs for nearly two years now. We certified in air scent last March and are now working toward certifying in trailing. We’ve been on numerous searches including an overnight search on the Pacific Crest Trail, searches in nearby mountains and hiking trails, and urban searches within King and Snohomish Counties. We’ve also taken a ride in a helicopter which included jumping out on a mountain while the helicopter hovered about 6’ above ground!! Jazz is the most intense, motivated, lovable, sweet, and beautiful dog. I will forever be grateful to you for providing me with such an amazing friend and partner. If I wasn't so busy training and working with Jazz, I’d get another puppy in a heartbeat.
Merry Christmas and happy holidays to you and your family.
I have finally found a picture of Uncas, that I think does him justice. He is our cherished companion and guard dog around here on the "farm". He is of a fairly serious temperament, and is full of energy and curious to a fault. He is two years now and almost 100 pounds, but lean and athletic. People stare at him and compliment me on him regularly. He loves to go with us in the car, and for walks. His favorite thing is his ball and he never tires of retrieving it. Truly a Prince among dogs! Thanks for the opportunity to marvel at his natural ability and looks, not to mention his willingness to work.

Hi, Becky
Sage is coming up on her second birthday, and we have so enjoyed watching her grow and change. She is very protective of her family and home. She has such a solid temperment and we know that came from her breeding!! Sage is very obidient, and has a very high prey drive. The ball is her favorite toy and she will do anything to please. She gets along great with our other animals, including the one cat. She does have a way of spooking you though, she is very sneaky, and you could walk right up on her before you even know she is there. She is the happiest when she can be with John and loves to spend the day riding around with him at work. She also enjoys the lake and diving in for a toy. Thank you so much for the the opportunity to own such a wonderful dog. She holds a special place in our family.
Where do I start. Maxx is just great. He is very sweet and is smart. He knows sit, stay, down, hit (retrieve), and is learning direction (back, right and left) on command. He knows voice, hand and clicker commands.
He loves my jeep and goes everywhere with me. He is fully potty trained and loves the snow. Most nights he sleeps at the side of my bed but has no problem with his kennel. I can tell him "to kennel" and he goes right in. He is a good boy and is loved. He is getting big. Both ears are straight up now. His colors are so cool. He is also a social kind of guy! Great dog Becky!!!!!!!
Thanks, Rick

Hi Becky,
I just wanted to give you a quick update on Sasha. Sasha is a great dog! We moved cross country last year and she was very easy to move with even though she was in the car with us and hotel rooms for far longer than any dog should have to be. She never caused any problem at all. We also had another baby last year, and Sasha is great with him. She puts up all the usual "baby stuff" with no bad temper in the least. Everywhere we take her strangers always yell "beautiful dog!". You definitely picked out a good one for us with the perfect temperment for my family.

Hi Becky,
I thought you'd like to see how Maximus is doing. He's grown a lot and is a wonderful dog. I get compliments everywhere we go, last weekend during a walk a woman yelled across the street to me "you have a beautiful dog." His favorite game is fetch. He's currently in Puppy Socialization and Obedience Level 1. He's doing great, he's a very sociable dog. The only thing he's having a hard time with is leash training because he's very strong willed and wants to do his own thing but he's learning. He knows "sit", "lay down", and "come" very well. He was also so easy to housetrain, way easier than both my kids! His best friend is my brother-in-law's 3 mo. old female German Shepherd next door and he has a play date this weekend with my co-worker's 7 mo. old male Doberman. His gardening skills could use some work, lol, but he's the greatest dog! We love him so much!

Hi Becky,
Just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with Rook! As you can see she is growing into a beautiful girl. I still can not get over how confident and at home she was from the minute she got off of the plane. Everyone loves her to death she is so cool! We will be starting training with a new WDA club just as soon as they get everything organized and I hope to have some titles on her by next year.
Love the upcoming litters! It is very hard not to just have you send me another Jena baby now.
Looking forward to having another baby from you in the future.
Just wanted to pass on an update on Annatar. He turned 2 years old on 4/22.We went to the NADAC games trial and he earned his Novice Tunnelers title.
I attached a picture of him doing the Weaves and the tunnels. If you want to post them, Joe Camp took the pictures.
Also wanted to let you know that we had his hips OFA examined. He was graded at OFA Excellent. Because they were done just before his 2nd birthday, we won't get an OFA number, but we thought you might like to know. Kevin
Hi Becky, I just took a few pics of my puppy at 8 months, (Ernie Vom Grafental and Kotttorps Jora "Sadie"). Let me tell you...he's a handful, one large ball of energy. This dog packs a punch. I wouldn't want him mad at me. But I have him under control. Unlike my Kal dog, I have to keep this guy on a leash. I'm sure he'll mellow with age. This is my 4th shepherd so I do know how to handle him. And I might add he lives like a king and is with me all day long. And he's always the best looking dog on the beach.
